These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Rising Together application ("App"), operated by Fanful, Inc. ("Company," "We," "Us," or "Our"), located at 90 Chambers St., New York, NY 10007. By accessing or using the App, you agree to comply with these Terms.

1. General Information

Rising Together is a fan engagement platform for Phoenix Rising FC. This App is intended for fans of Phoenix Rising FC. By using this App, you acknowledge that you are either of legal age or have obtained parental or guardian consent as required by applicable laws governing social media platforms.

Rising Together is an official partner of Phoenix Rising FC and has access to their copyrighted and trademarked assets. We work in coordination with Phoenix Rising FC for reward fulfillment and other fan engagement activities.

2. User Accounts & Responsibilities

• Account Creation: To access certain features of the App, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your Full Name, Email, Phone Number, Birthday, and Country.
• Updating Information: You may update all account details except your phone number.
• Account Suspension or Termination: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts if:
  • You are reported by other users for misconduct.
  • You provide a fake identity or fraudulent information.
  • You violate any terms outlined in this agreement.

3. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree to the following:

• You will not engage in hate speech, harassment, spamming, or other harmful behavior.
• You may upload user-generated content, provided it adheres to community guidelines.
• Content Moderation: Users can report inappropriate content. Reported content will be temporarily removed until an admin reviews it and determines if it should be permanently deleted.
